Problems of legal regulation of the bankruptcy of the developer's enterprise with a share construction

The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of enforcement of the rules on bankruptcy of developers' enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the problems of the timing of applications of citizens for inclusion in the register of creditors 'claims, as well as legal regulation of the rights of creditors who invest money in the construction of non-residential premises and the inclusion of such premises in the register of creditors' claims. In addition, the main debatable issues of the protection of creditors' rights were considered.
