Problems of legal regulation of budget process in the city district of Voronezh

The article analyzes the main indicators of the revenue part of urban districts’ budgets on the example of the city district the city of Voronezh. The authors have assessed the impact of changes in budgetary and tax legislation of the Russian Federation on the process of formation of a profitable part of the city budget. The paper identifies potential growth areas of the city budget. The author gives proposals for specific changes in local and federal laws aimed at improving the yield and reducing the budget deficit of the urban district of Voronezh.
