In the article a debatable in a civil law question is affected about a concept "Source of the promoted danger". Opinions over of different scientists are brought on this question, two approaches are especially selected: "theories of activity" and "theory of object". In addition, attention differentiating of concepts "Activity, creating the promoted danger" and "source of the promoted danger is spared". Supporting one of theories, the author of the article offers the determination of source of the promoted danger.
