Problems of legal regulation of the implementation of preventive measures to prevent the commission of criminal acts against public order and security of citizens during mass spectacular sporting events

The Sports industry is developing rapidly and has reached a high level in terms of organization, financing, results, etc. So today there is an actual problem of modern sport - the safety of citizens at carrying out of mass entertainment sporting events. The article deals with the problems and contradictions associated with ensuring public order and public safety during sports events and competitions in the Russian Federation. The author considers the criminal-legal characteristics of certain crimes that infringe on the safety of citizens in the field of physical culture and sports.
