Problems of legal regulation of the work of foreign workers in modern conditions

Russia's migration policy is one of the most complex and controversial issues that the state is currently facing. This is due both to current factors, such as the outflow of a significant number of Russian citizens abroad in 2022-2023, and to a serious factor operating long before the announced period - the globalization of the world and the growth of international migration. As you know, labor migration is one of the significant types of migration of the population as a whole, however, this issue has certain law enforcement difficulties. In the article, the author examines the main problems of legal regulation of the work of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation.
