The article is concerned with issues of legal interpretation as a method of actual repentance research and introduction into the legal institution’s practice. The legal interpretation is considered on all the levels by study the opinions of researchers, legislators, and law enforcement officials. The author emphasizes relevance of the sequence of the legal interpretation on its various levels.
