Problems of legal qualification of roads as real estate objects and land protection when they are placed

Legal problems arising in the qualification of highways in the process of registration of rights to them are considered. The authors analyze the court practice and the conditions for the qualification of roads as real estate objects and come to the conclusion that when qualifying a highway as a real estate object in judicial practice it is important to observe norms of not only civil, town-planning, but also land, forest and environmental legislation.
