Problems of presenting electronic evidence in civil and arbitration proceedings

The article analyzes the features of the presentation of electronic evidence in civil and arbitration proceedings. The concept of an electronic document as evidence is considered, its legal nature is analyzed, and the form of submission of electronic information to the court is revealed. Attention is drawn to the need for legislative consolidation of certain concepts related to the institution of proof and evidence in civil and arbitration proceedings.
