Problems of prevention of crimes committed under the influence of alcohol

Introduction: the article presents a criminological analysis of the state of alcohol related crime in the period of 2013 - 2018; it identified interdependent relationships between the indicators in the period of time, as well as an attempt was made to develop a set of measures for the prevention of certain types of crimes committed while intoxicated. Materials and methods: the basis of the study was the Constitution of the Russian Federation, criminal and criminal procedure legislation, judicial and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, statistical data on the state and dynamics of crime in the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the study was the general dialectical method of scientific knowledge, which is universal in nature, as well as methods of logical deduction, induction, cognitive methods and methods of observation, comparison, analysis, synthesis and description.
