Problems of transformation of modern Russian economy

The article discusses the need for modernization and reindustrialization of Russia, as well as the resumption of its economic growth. The author analyzes the obstacles in this way, among which are the ineffective management of the country, the lack of coordination in the activities of officials, both at the Federal and regional levels. An obstacle to this path is the existence of bureaucratic-oligarchic capitalism in the country, which hinders the democratization of society. The unwillingness of both business and the population to switch to an innovative development model is also a hindrance.
