Problems of the application of administrative coercion

Executive bodies use various methods of regulating public relations in their activities, among which administrative coercion can be distinguished. The institution of administrative coercion develops depending on the state policy pursued, however, there is no unified approach in science to understanding the problems of its implementation. This is caused by the publication of a large number of contradictory regulations that enshrine measures of administrative coercion. The purpose of the article is to consider some problems of the application of administrative coercion and to develop proposals aimed at their resolution. When writing the article, the following research methods were used: logical, formal legal, comparative legal, legal modeling and analysis. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to adopt a single federal law that would provide for the same grounds and procedure for the application of preventive measures by various entities.
