Problems of applying digital technologies in the real sector of the Russian economy

This article discusses modern problems of using digital technologies in the practice of organizations in the real sector of the Russian economy. Trends in the development of the digital economy are identified. The barriers that impede the formation and use of digital business transformation strategies by industrial enterprises are characterized. The object of the article is the real sector of the Russian economy. The subject of the study is digital technologies of enterprises in the real sector of the Russian economy. To conduct the study, the scientific literature of Russian researchers, the results of analytical work and statistical materials published by the Federal State Statistics Service were used. The results of the scientific research contain a description of current problems that impede the practical implementation of digital technologies in order to improve the production process. In order to overcome the identified problems, the authors have developed recommendations that are aimed at enhancing the processes of introducing digital technologies. Thanks to this, it is possible to implement the concept of the digital economy, ensuring high-quality digitalization of the enterprise management system, business model and corresponding business processes.
