Problems of electronic documents application in the criminal and arbitration process

The article deals with topical issues of using electronic documents in arbitration and criminal proceedings. The author investigated the problems of using these documents as evidence, cited compelling examples from judicial practice. According to the author, the use of electronic documents and electronic signatures on documents will significantly speed up document flow and reduce time costs in legal proceedings.
