Problems of use of responsibility for violations of the currency legislation and way of their permission

In article it is analyzed the problems connected with ambiguity of standards of the currency legislation that results in practice in lack of their uniform interpretation. It is revealed that use of currency responsibility as versions financial to offenders in practice causes a number of the problems caused by existence of legislative gaps. The author offered the actions promoting decrease in number of offenses of the currency legislation.
