Problems of law application and functioning of institutions for state joint-stock companies governance

Russian institutions and law are not ideal. A considerable number of problems exist in the civil law and public law spheres. In particular, they exist in governance of joint-stock companies with federal and regional participation. In this scientific work the problem areas such as institutions and the legal framework for governing companies with the participation of a state as shareholder will be considered. Among them: a differentiated approach of a shareholder to determining the procedure for governing companies; the ambiguity of the institution of directives; low level of transparency in the selection of professional directors and independent experts; high degree of bureaucratization, etc.
