Problems of making a tactical decision in the conditions of tactical risk in forensics

The article deals with criminalistic categories: tactical risk, tactical decision, tactical error. The author analyzes the existing approaches to their definition in the literature and the problematic aspects associated with the implementation of tactical solutions that lead to tactical errors; the importance of a comprehensive study of these categories in relation to each other is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the types of tactical decisions and the study of the causes of tactical errors. The list of tactically complex investigative actions is given, indicating the potential risks of their implementation.
