Problems of attracting investments in the development of appraisal activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The issues of improving the ways and methods of attracting investments in the development of valuation activities are considered. An analysis is given of the intensification of activities to attract investments in valuation activities, which is based on a systematic approach that includes raising funds for the development of this type of business by refinancing funds for the development of valuation activities by valuation structures themselves; - investment of valuation activities by business entities and valuation structures based on the development of cooperation; - using the financial potential of foreign valuation firms. The improvement of appraisal activities in the republic implies the need to further improve the professional level of appraisers. A modern highly qualified appraiser should have a sufficiently high level of knowledge in the field of law, market economy, finance, accounting and reporting, etc., and speak a foreign language when working with foreign partners. The implementation of measures for their preparation is an urgent requirement of the market.
