Problems of bringing to criminal responsibility of persons who have complied illegal acts in respect of the individual, society and the state in the process of operating autonomous vehicles

The relevance of the problem under study is related to the prosecution of persons who have committed offenses against the individual, society and the state in the process of operating an autonomous vehicle, as well as ensuring information and road safety in the context of the global digitalization of the Russian economy. The purpose of the study is to analyze, systematize and solve the problems that have developed in criminal law when bringing to justice persons who have committed an offense in the process of operating autonomous vehicles and qualifying such acts.The leading research approach was such scientific methods as dialectics, analysis, synthesis, deduction, documentary, comparative legal, formal legal, as well as the method of modeling.
