Problems of management process in the field of technospheric safety

In this article is suggested to examine the management in the field of technospheric safety through the prism of integration going near the process of management, as most effective in management of natural resources. The author of this article summarizes the most significant problems in state regulation of environmental management and the technospheric safety management, it are exposed factors of influence to effectiveness of management processes.
