The given article examines the problems of countering corruption and corruption-related crime in the context of the digital transformation of a modern society. It is noted that the process of digitalization of the economy and the changes taking place in the society lead to the conclusion that it is necessary to strengthen state and public control over crime in general, and first of all, to strengthen control of the corrupt relationships and corruption-related crime. On the basis of the research it is observed that the traditional measures of countering corruption and corruption-related crime such as prevention, prevention and suppression lose much of its effectiveness, cause the object of preventive action like corruption and corruption-related crime acquires new and more sophisticated forms moving from real forms to the virtual environment, changing qualitatively and quantitatively. In conclusion we can underline that the transparency, the openness and the transparency of information about the activities of state authorities and management, other organizations, the enterprises of the institutions should be provided by timely and rapid placing information which allows preventing the possibility of its forgery, modification, falsification with the help of the IT experts. It is also proposed to maintain a public register of IT specialists involved in a cyber-crime, as well as corruption and corruption scandals. This approach will allow to use the possibilities of state and public control over corruption and corruption activity wider.
