Problems of expertise of the design documentation

The article presents the main problems of expert-designers in the examination of project documentation related to the collapse of buildings. The problems of normative documentation, its internal contradictions and some shortcomings are considered. The general problems of the examination of project documentation are also presented. Methods for solving the above problems are proposed.
