Problems of customs expertise and ways to solve them

An important tool in the conduct of customs control is the customs expertise, which is carried out in case of questions from customs officials. Customs expertise makes it possible to establish the compliance of the transported products (items, products, substances, certain types of goods, etc.) with regulations and standards, to allow or prohibit the movement of goods to the customs border, to carry out other legally significant actions. Often, the examination is appointed at the initiative of the Federal Customs Service and, as in any other activity, there are problems here. The article deals with the problems of customs expertise and possible ways to solve them.
