Problems of public safety in public sector of economy

In article the main problems of safety in the Russian sector of economy are analysed. The author revealed the factors promoting stabilization and development of economy and also protection against foreign policy and external economic threats. Ways of improvement of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of economy are offered.
