Problems of disclosure of theft, committed through modern electronic means of communication

The article discusses effective methods of preventing and disclosing theft by means of cellular communications, IP - telephony, the Internet, using the capabilities of modern media. Problematic issues are raised in the detection of such crimes and their solutions based on the experience of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the closed city of Ozersk, Chelyabinsk Region.
