The rental incomes distribution issues in Russia

The article considers the problem of rent. Improving the distribution of the annuity can be considered as the main element in the strategy of social and economic development of Russia at the present stage. The solution to the problem of rents will allow to create favorable conditions for the effective use of natural resources potential of the country, combining economic efficiency and social justice.
