Problems of investigation of alleged mediation in bribery

The article notes that the law enforcement agencies and forensic scientific research pay insufficient attention to a highly dangerous and widespread criminal-corruption phenomenon - an alleged mediation in bribery. In typical investigative situations, at initial phase of the investigation of a criminal case with the signs of mediation at least two standard leads must be set out and checked : 1) a person commits fraud, intending to appropriate the bribe, and 2) the person de facto is a mediator in bribery.
