Problems of consideration of administrative offenses obtained in automatic regime

The article analyzes some problems connected with the procedure for dealing with cases of administrative violations detected in automatic mode using automated technical means. The norms regulating public relations that arise in the process of using automated technical means, as well as data indicative of the state of the problem under consideration, are analyzed. The most controversial aspects of the practice of dealing with cases of this category are revealed. At the end of the article, the author's position on the issue under discussion was expressed.
