The article deals with the problems arising from the location of linear energy objects of regional importance on land plots that are privately owned and erected both in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and with their violation. It is concluded that without the state support of network organizations, legal use of land plots on which power grid facilities are located is not possible.
