Problems of development of agrarian sector in modern Russia

This article describes the experience of the development of the agricultural sector in Russia and shows that the state policy in the field of agriculture is ineffective. Also, the analysis of the current state of the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation. On the basis of this analysis the ways of decision are revealed, perspective ideas are found and ways of state regulation are found. The factors hindering the development of agriculture are indicated.
