Problems of development of innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The article presents in detail the regional innovation infrastructure of one of the territorially large and sparsely populated subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). For more than ten years, the region has been building a structure to support innovation at all stages of the innovation life cycle, thanks to which the region is a driver of the creative industry in the Far Eastern Federal District. An idea is given of the main subjects of the region responsible for individual stages of the innovation life cycle, and the author’s systematization of the subjects of the region’s innovation infrastructure in accordance with the stage of the life cycle (idea - launch - early growth - expansion) is presented. However, despite the support of regional executive authorities, there are a number of problems that hinder the entry of innovations into expanded markets, which were formulated during the study. The conclusions obtained during the study may be useful to regional executive authorities of other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
