Development problems of the Russian IT industry

The development and widespread use of modern information technologies (IT) in all ares of society is a necessary condition for the development of the economy, improvement of life standard of the population. World experience shows that the competitiveness of the national economy as a whole is associated with the development of information technologies. The article considers the main factors preventing high-quality IT implementation for the successful development of most industries.
