Problems in development of mechanism of state regulation of land usage in the system of agri-industrial integration of the region

State regulation of agri-industrial complex is considered in the article. Special attention is paid to land resources. The notion of state regulation of land resources usage efficiency as well as its tasks and goals in the framework of the economic mechanism in enterprises' activities in the system of agri-industrial integration are determined. The necessity of state interference in the economy in the conditions of interaction between elements of the market mechanism and state regulation is analysed. Special attention is paid to the condition of main key factors in land usage regulation as well as to the land market as the main subject for state regulation.
