Problems of development of scientific production in the Russian Federation: theory and practice

This article presents the characteristics of a high-tech production, analyzed the participation of various technologies in the formation of a complex of high technology production, and also highlighted the most high-tech industries. The latter is rather conditional, since at the present time high technologies penetrate almost all branches of the national economy, and none of them do without intensification through scientifically developed technological solutions. Author analyzes the formation of the potential of high technology industries in the Russian Federation as a factor in the participation of high-tech products in the country's total GDP. Based on the analysis, it is determined that the main factor in the formation of the potential of knowledge-intensive industries is their continuous development through R & D and the constant renewal of the means of production on the basis of technological development.
