Problems of developmet of humane cognitive activity in the process of accumulation of scientific knowledge about nature

Some regularities of humane cognitive activity's development in the process of studying natural phenomena and objects are considered in the article. On the basis of dialectics some stages of cognitive actions are explained. An assortment of cognition operations and measurement tooling is suggested with due regard to the forestalling reflection of the outside world reality.
