Problems of industrial development of Ulyanovsk region in the post-war years (1946 - the 1960s)

This article is devoted to problems of industrial development of Ulyanovsk region in 1946 - the 1960s. The relevance of article is caused by the need for studying and estimating experience of industrial recovery held by local authorities in post-war years. The authors argue that the accelerated industrial recovery in post-war years had become possible because the workers themselves were interested in over-fulfillment of the plan. The authors highlight the main stages of implementation the state policy on industrial development and provide the data testifying its positive and negative consequences.
