The article discusses the essence of modern technology, promotion of new banking products and services, its advantages and disadvantages. Sistematizirovat problems and benefits associated with the implementation of the tasks. Retail banks, being large institutions with a complex branched structure, needs to respond quickly to various changes in external and internal environment. The reaction is expressed in the management of their product range. Sales of banking services and products are regarded more as a necessary form of interaction with customers, while their rational organisation is able to provide additional economic benefits.
