Problems of development of the Russian corporate bond market

The article examines the factors that slow down the development of the corporate bond market in Russia. The bond market and the share of corporate bonds in it are analyzed. The risks of bondholders and the impact of corporate governance on the level of risks, as well as measures necessary for the development of the corporate bond market are considered.
