Problems in the development of agricultural production in municipal entities of the Ulyanovsk region

The analysis of present stage and problems of regional agricultural production as well as rural municipal entities functioning is carried out in the article. Ways for optimisation of production activities and increase of population living standard in the rural area of the Ulyanovsk Region are offered.
