Problems of the development of the judiciary in modern Russia

In recent years, there have been significant judicial changes in the judicial system of the Russian Federation. The reform of the judicial system continues to this day. The author draws attention to the fact that many problems related to the activities of the judicial system of the Russian Federation have not been resolved, and also suggests possible ways to improve legal regulation in this area, aimed at developing the effectiveness of the judiciary.
