Problems of development of the tourist industry in the contemporary conditions of development of the economy of the Chechen Republic

In this article, the author attempts to highlight the main problems of the development of the tourism industry of the economy of the Chechen Republic. In order to highlight the fundamental problems of tourism in the Chechen Republic, the author analyzed the characteristic features of the region, revealed the role of the region in the market of tourist services, considered the main factors that have a positive and negative impact on the tourism sector. The author also touched upon the legal problems of tourism development in the Czech Republic, such as the lack of legal and regulatory frameworks in the tourism industry, lack of information on legal and tax legislation. As a result of the study, the author has grouped the problems of the development of the tourism industry of the economy of the Chechen Republic by economic, organizational and legal components. To eliminate the identified problems of tourism development, the author focuses on the need to improve the state policy on improving the tax system, visa, customs and tariff regulation. Only at the national level can the serious problem of transport be solved, a problem that is still urgent for the economic and social sectors of the state. Summarizing the study, the author proposed the necessary measures, first of all, that must be taken by state authorities to stimulate the development of the tourism industry.
