Problems of development of university research in higher education institutions

The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the dynamic development of the economy of higher education has led to the need for modernization of scientific activity in the sphere. In the article the level of “scientific" education of the students of the higher school, problems and possible solutions. The author analyzes the impact of the unified state examination and the portfolio on the formation of knowledge and skills of future graduates.
