The issues of the Federal law of 30.04.10 № 68-FZ On compensation for the violation of the right to legal proceedings carried out in reasonable term or right to enforcement of the judial act in reasonable term realization

The present article is devoted to the issues of implementation of Federal law №. 68-FZ of April 30, 2010 On compensation for the violation of the right to legal proceedings in reasonable term or the right for enforcement of the judicial act in reasonable term. The preconditions of adoption of the right to monetary compensation in case of excessive delay in the fair judicial process as well as some problems arising from the adoption of the mentioned law are analysed. The key issues of the institute of compensation practices are scrutinized and potential problems are identified.
