Problems of the sale of the company's property in the bankruptcy procedure

This scientific article analyzes the problem of the relationship between the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 127 "On insolvency (bankruptcy)" in case of bankruptcy of an organization with an initiated criminal case against the general director of a bankrupt debtor.
