Problems of implementation of projects by the commercial medical centers

This article identifies problems in project implementation carried out by commercial medical centers (CMC), as well as develops proposals for raising funds for the project. The statistical data, provided by Krasnoyarsk State Medical Information and Analytics Center, were analyzed and a general description of CMC’s implemented projects was drown up - small scales and large investments of resources and even finances are not required. All ongoing projects are aimed at maintaining and developing current activities. Also, additional resources, including financial ones, should be attracted to increase the competitiveness of CMC. External sources of funding of commercial healthcare organizations were identified, as well as the reasons for limiting CMC in obtaining external funding. Available external sources of funding allow the CMC to continue conducting its activities. However, this is not enough for activity expansion.
