Problems of realization of the program "Safe and quality roads" on inter-municipal level

This article is devoted to consideration of the Federal target program "Safe and qualitative roads in the Orenburg region". The author considers some problem objects with violation of quality control of construction and installation works; recommendations on elimination of the revealed problems are given.
