Problems of implementation of the requirements of federal state educational standards primary education in class and innovation

The paper describes the main problems of the first phase of implementing the requirements of federal state educational standards primary education in the classroom and presented them with the introduction of innovations in the primary school. Considered ready teachers, programs, and conditions for the implementation of federal state educational standards primary education from the perspective of modern requirements for innovative lesson. It is marked, that introduction of new standards means an output on essentially new level of educational services and necessity of inclusion in innovative activity. The author presents the main ways to overcome implementation challenges standard.
