Problems of Russia's divisions of powers reception

The article investigates common problems of western legal ideas reception into the Russian legal system. Issues of federal state power bodies system and constituent entities’ state power bodies system formation are marked and disclosed on the basis of division of powers principle. Special attention is paid to reviewing issues and significance of division of powers conception and their influence on the domestic legal system.
