Problems of reforming the Komsomol in the second half of the 1980s - early 1990s (based on materials of regional periodical press)

The article reveals the tasks and problems of reforming the Komsomol organization, which were reflected on the pages of the regional press. It was concluded that during this period it was necessary for the Komsomol to transition to a qualitatively new level of work with youth. At the same time, the majority of Komsomol organizations were never able to determine their place and role in solving state problems.
