Problems of regional voluntary car insurance markets

This article analyzes the ten largest insurance companies based on the size of payments and receipts in the Volgograd region, the list of services of which includes the issuance of a voluntary motor hull insurance policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most pressing problems that hinder the development of this sector of the insurance market, namely: the issuance of comprehensive insurance policies for obtaining a car loan. The paper considers the role and goals of banks when including hull insurance as one of the conditions for obtaining a loan. Analyzed how this condition is legitimate and whether it is possible to get a car loan without this policy. The author highlighted a number of car models for which a comprehensive insurance policy is most often issued. This material may be of interest to students of higher and professional educational institutions, as well as teachers of insurance disciplines.
