Problems of regulation of competitive relations in Russian Federation on the example of electric power industry

The article touched on the most important question of regulation of competitive relations in Russian Federation in the electric power industry. On the example of the electric power industry it is shown what a wide range of issues must be solved in legislation for the introduction of real competitive relations in the industry. In the course of study, the author gives the characteristic to each problem and offers the way of their solutions.
